Albania – Tirana

About Tirana

Albania is located between Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia and Greece. Tirana is the capital of Albania. The city is surrounded by green mountains.

First, when you arrive in the city, you discover the main square Skanderbeg with the mosque and the Opera. Old buildings which are around the square are part of the government. If you follow the main boulevard, you will reach the polytechnic university and the presidential palace. Each side of this avenue, you can find restaurants, shops, places for nightlife. Otherwise, the place is quiet, nice and the people are very welcoming. I recommend you to go to the mount Dajt. You will reach the top by cable car and enjoy of the stunning view.
