About Samarkand

It is one of the cities that you have to visit if you plan to go to Uzbekistan. The city is located in the South of Tashkent. Historically speaking, the city is a marvel and possesses a variety of historical spots. First, the Registan is one of the huge landmarks of Samarkand to visit. You will discover three madrasa built in different eras. Each one has his own style inside even if the architecture base is the same. The second immense landmark is definitely Chah-e-Zindeh, located beside the muslim cemetery. This ensemble of mausoleums is built like a linear discovery, it means that the path you will cross will make you discover many structures connected all together whereas they were built on five centuries. Others curiosities deserve to be visited across the city. For instance, Gur-e-Amir has one amazing dome decorated in a gold style. The colors, the strong and massive architecture, the beauty of insides are one of the wealth and the charm of Samarkand.
