About Hanoi

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam but it is also a huge place for food goers. The city has so many restaurant that you will find easily one place for you. A lot of them have as well a beautiful decoration which can remember the colonial past in some ways. Many of them have a cheap price and the service is very correct. The food quality is incomparable. Hanoi is the place to be for foodies !

Overall, the city is beautiful, spreading and has her own charm. Vietnamese are welcoming and helpful. The old quarter is surely the place to stay during your trip. You will find a night market on the week end along Hang Dao street with many bars open around and many rooftop bars with one incredible view on the Hoan Kien lake.

The west part of the city tends to be more modern with the development of high rise buildings. The main issue is certainly the traffic. That’s why, it is better to rent or to move by motorbike. You will save more time to visit fully the city.
